ART AND ARCHITECTURE

On 23rd October we had an entertaining and informative talk by Je Ahn, the founding director of architectural practice Studio Weave.

He discussed the practice's diverse portfolio of work, which often blurs the lines between art and architecture. It was fantastic to see the hand crafted nature of a lot of the buildings, and innovative use of simple materials in order to work within constrictive budgets.

Je particularly focused on their recent masterplanning work and public realm interventions, which seek to improve our urban environment in an approachable and fun way.
